Kaiserganj Constituency of Uttar Pradesh was won by Brijbhusan Sharan Singh in 2019 Lok Sabha Elections from BJP party.Chandradev Ram Yadav was the runner up from Kaiserganjwho lost by 261601 votes. belonged to BSP. In 2019 Lok Sabha Polls, Brijbhusan Sharan Singh got 581358 votes and won by a margin of 261601 votes.
