Kasaragod Constituency of Kerala was won by Rajmohan Unnithan in 2019 Lok Sabha Elections from INC party.K. P. Sathishchandran was the runner up from Kasaragodwho lost by 40438 votes. belonged to CPM. In 2019 Lok Sabha Polls, Rajmohan Unnithan got 474961 votes and won by a margin of 40438 votes.
